- Dedicated support channel: A private communication channel exclusively for your organization. Encountering an issue or have a general question? Simply send us a message in your organization’s Slack channel. Prefer email? You can contact us at support@edera.dev, too. Support requests will be tracked in your organization’s Slack channel.
- Support availability: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM PT (with emergency escalation available)
- Curated support resources: A collection of helpful resources for you in our Knowledge Base
- Regular check-ins: Weekly or bi-weekly meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly

Getting Started
Your Edera deployment follows a streamlined 3-step process:
Step 1: Complete the AWS Account Setup
Provide your AWS account information so we can share the Edera AMI with your environment:
- AWS Account ID and preferred region
- Contact information for notifications
- Basic environment details
Step 2: Install Edera in Your Environment
Once we’ve shared the AMI, deploy Edera in your infrastructure:
AMI Deployment
- Use our pre-configured Terraform modules for your environment
- Deploy your customer-specific Edera AMI
- Verify AMI initialization and health checks
Groundcover Integration
- Establish connection with existing Groundcover infrastructure
- Configure data flow and monitoring pipelines
- Test integration endpoints
Environment-Specific Configurations
- Apply custom configurations for your infrastructure
- Set up monitoring and alerting rules
Step 3: Deploy Your First Workload
Start securing your applications with Edera:
