Getting Started
Step 1: Share Your Environment Details
Depending on your infrastructure, your team will coordinate with us to provision access:
- AWS customers: Submit your AWS account information so we can share the Edera AMI with your account
- Other platforms (GCE, Azure, Linode, bare metal): Your support team will walk you through access and installation for your environment
Step 2: Install Edera
Edera supports multiple deployment targets. Full installation guides for each platform are in the docs:
Installation follows the same pattern on each platform: deploy nodes with Edera, configure the
edera RuntimeClass in Kubernetes, and run a test workload to verify.
Step 3: Deploy Your First Workload
Once installed, securing a workload is a single line change to your pod spec:
runtimeClassName: edera- Deploy a test workload to verify functionality
- Begin protecting your production applications
- Configure observability and monitoring
Next Steps
- AWS users: Complete the AWS Account Setup
- All users: Review the Installation Guide and Knowledge Base
